Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. Please note that international orders (UK and EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving this email.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
SouthNorths is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at nysouthnorths@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will evaluate the issue.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors/household members first, then reach out to us at nysouthnorths@gmail.com so we can assist.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
SouthNorths is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at nysouthnorths@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations, as orders are processed quickly for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
